- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Wing Head for Our Specialized Card Division to coordinate with team to develop an effective marketing strategy.
- He/She will have willingness to travel frequently to visit all assigned regions.
- Responsible for the overall Card sales and strategy by acquisition of individual customers and on-board partners within his region.
- Manage and resolve complex operational issues that arise across multiple locations
- Report to the National Sales Manager and Work collaboratively with the Brand Management teams making sure they are fully informed about Market activities
- Manage the performance of DSM, ASM, TSM and Agency Administration staff through regular 1 2 1’s, performance reviews and foster a culture of learning and development
- Coach and develop Team members to achieve excellent standards, results and best practice.
- Exploring new markets/uncovered areas, prospective Card Owner, Maintain Existing Partners.
- Support the acquiring of new and refitted partners by ensuring merchandising/brand
- visibility, stocking and preparation is ready for the set opening date
- Scheduled and closely monitored all operations activities of Cards Division for accuracy and consistency in respective fields.
- On call for all cluster Team at the weekend on a rotational basis for KPI evaluation
- Ensure territory and region wise achieves/exceeds target sales and partner on board
- Monitor key performance indicators and achieve continual improvement on target achievement analysis
- Analyze and feedback sales performance and trends to the NSM, suggesting improvements
- Responsible for the recruitment, induction, management and training of all team members
- Role model exceptional customer service, ensuring team members maintain high standards of customer care.
- Lead and develop the team in the region, encouraging effective communication, setting objectives, initiating work plans and supporting to co-team members.
- To propose action to NSM for improvements in operations
- To maintain and develop good channels of communication with customers and SME & Large Corporates.
- Support overall process of operation management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its profitability.
- Prepare and submit sales related reports to the Management.
- Any Other Tasks Assigned by the management.
- Work at office
- MBA/BBA/Honors in Marketing.
- 10 to 12 year(s)

B2B Sales, CARDS (Credit/ Debit), Corporate Sales and Marketing
- Age at least 35 years
