  • Solid background in customer retention and re-engagement strategies.
  • Technical expertise with customer relations and case analysis.
  • Able to perform multi tasks.
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Must have strong ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of customer service and customer management principles.
