- Proven working experience in a customer service oriented organization/ISP.
- Solid background in customer retention and re-engagement strategies.
- Technical expertise with customer relations and case analysis.
- Able to perform multi tasks.
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Must have strong ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of customer service and customer management principles.
- Work at office
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 3 year(s)
