Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Customers at Showroom.
  • Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance
  • Promote Brand & Execute Business to High Officials of Both – Public & Private Sector.
  • Manage existing retail & corporate clients.
  • Generate new customers through direct sales.
  • Prepare & maintain client database.
  • Achieve Key Corporate Customers/ area wise/ branch wise sales target through effective sales monitoring.
  • Directly involved with different market exploring new client and markets to achieve the individual target through sales & delivery.
  • Maintain good professional relationships with high-end customers in-store premises and design retention strategies with regular customers.
  • Manage all communication with an existing client to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as telephone and e-mail.
  • Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing progress and results
  • To ensure excellent client service by keeping the company goodwill.
  • Ensure product availability, supply and merchandising through regular visit to clients of different institutions.
  • To look after the Key corporate clients/branch’s monthly territorial sales target has been achieved.
  • Maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of payment/receivables.
  • Any other’s task assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Graduation and Post-Graduation from any reputed university.
  • Marketing background will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Applicants with 3- 5 year(s) experience (In Sales, Corporate Sales & Marketing, Retail Sales & Marketing) will get preference.
  • Candidates have to be Smart, Confident and Self Motivated.
  • Candidates must understand the Client’s need and identify the scope for Sales Opportunity.
  • Ability to identify potential customers and develop a sustainable relationship with them.
  • Strong Price Negotiation Capability.
  • Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
  • Solid Analytical Ability, Good Presentation and Convincing Skill.
  • Excellent Face to Face and Over the Phone Communication Ability to convince customers.
  • Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable.
  • Must have Computer Proficiency, Internet Browsing and Email using capability.
