Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure development and implementation of administrative Procedures to support the company’s business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
  • Ensure the effective execution of day-to-day office administrative issues, such as employees leave administration, company transport management, procurement, office stationery & printing supply, contract/lease agreement, office equipment maintenance.
  • Ensuring Administrative Services like housekeeping, office asset management, cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
  • Maintenance of Transportation (like delivery expenses of Drivers).
  • Transport (Updating BRTA paper + Maintenance By Workshop)
  • Repair & Maintenance of office equipment ( Electrical, Carpenter, TNT, Workshop etc)
  • Monthly Mobile Bills prepare, adjustment, forward to Accounts.
  • Develop, maintain and administer a sound organizational plan; initiate improvements as necessary. Motivate, Counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
  • To maintain relations with law enforcement and government office. Ensure discipline at the organization & ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
  • To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace. To handle legal issues relevant to HR & Admin dept.
  • Any Other task assign by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

  • 5 to 7 year(s)

  • Age 28 to 32 years
