Job description: Job Context

  • The SAM directs the Account Team (Account Executive(s). Billing Executive, and others such as Analysts, Campaign Managers) which is the team that sells our products and services into corporations in Dhaka and beyond
  • The role is responsible for lead generation, pipeline building, conversion to client, revenue generation and all related marketing and sales elements with regards to the corporate channel [for clarification: `operations` means ensuring customers have up to date product and pricing information, coordinating with internal teams [MS, SDT and others] to guarantee execution of the services sold]
  • The SAM`s role is to understand the market need for our products, brief in the need for new products and prices into the business and ensure we can sell our product portfolio effectively and profitably into this channel
  • The SAM is also responsible for overseeing activation related activity, generating awareness via various channels
  • Within the Marketing team, the role has close interactions with the Digital and Brand team to ensure campaigns are aligned and all corporate creative and campaign needs are met
  • The goal of this role is to grow and develop the corporate channel, ensuring satisfied customers and patients while delivering outstanding returns in terms of revenue and ROI. Praava should become the Nr 1 corporate healthcare provider in the country, if the Business Development Manager delivers

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from existing and new channels, including corporate and retail. This includes collection points and CP marketing
  • Sell all relevant Praava products eg Covid, AMP, Vaccine into the corporate channel
  • Manage highest revenue-generating corporates such as Chevron, Unilever, JTI, Coats Bangladesh, Crossline, Samsung and onboard more high-revenue clients
  • Develop and maintain sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and closing
  • Record keeping: contracts, MOUs and all relevant client comms, and updating the sales funnel in our CRM tool
  • Work to maximise revenue per account/ customer via pricing and discount strategies
  • Looking after smooth corp client onboarding and ‘after sales’ ensuring customer happiness
  • Manage and improve corporate customer feedback, and deliver the feedback to other relevant teams eg service delivery, so they can improve their performance accordingly
  • Develop existing and establish new partnerships with corporate clients and others
  • Provide regular (weekly or monthly) performance reports & direct the team to maintain the Corporate Dashboard and other vital reports for the team
  • Work with other marketing team members in product development & planning, relevant to the corporate channel eg corporate wellness products or new products we can sell well. Help develop relevant such new products and launch them in the market
  • Establish smooth processes for promotions, campaigns and sales with other areas of the business (MS, OPs, IT) and within the marketing team
  • Build internal (to this team) processes: reporting, documentation, marketing and branding the corporate channel, campaign planning, sales funnel planning and execution, revenue forecasting
  • Manage team members
  • Manage the team budget
  • Make recommendations for corporate pricing and discounts
  • Give frequent feedback from the market, so products, prices and services can be adjusted
