✅Salary Details: Gross Salary 12k and KPI 3000 (maximum)

✅Job Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of the role is to provide superior customer experience to the • • • customers of the company and continuously strive to improve the level of service • • •delivery. Other key responsibilities of the role include – answering incoming & outgoing •calls from customers, confirming customer sales orders, answering inquiries and •questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve complaints and provide relevant product information in •an efficient, professional and positive manner.
  • Ensure superior service level to all customers by effectively understanding the customers •need/query and responding to it in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain proper documentation of complaint/request records.

Job Description:

  • Receive & make calls to the customers
  • Capable of handling customer queries & complaints instantly
  • Capable of handling Inbound/outbound calls
  • Collect customer’s feedback
  • Must be able to work by shifting & following assigned rosters accordingly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Make a Report to the Supervisor.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Age 21 to 26 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through •Phone, Telemarketing, Call Center Supervision/ Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Computer Literacy is a must, English & Bangla typing speed minimum 40 wpm.
  • Experienced candidates will get preference
  • Ability to navigate through software applications
  • Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking, Punctual
  • Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team members
  • Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English

✅Educational Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors of Honors from a recognized University

✅Skills Required:

Team player and has the ability to work independently as well

Strong communication skills

Confident and assertive with the ability to execute
