  • Perform and supervise day to day operation of Administration / Company Secretariat of Non- Life Insurance Company.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA or Masters in any discipline from any reputed university,
  • Public university students will get preference
  • Qualified Chartered Secretary will get preference

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Administration, Share Department/ Company Secretariat * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):


Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 30 years
  • 5 -7 years’ working experience in Company Secretariat & Share / Administration department in any listed Non-life insurance Company.
  • Must be smart, energetic and to work under pressure;
  • Conversant with regulatory laws & rules of BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC and Others (labor Law).
  • Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) both in English & Bangla;
  • Good Skills and knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with Bangla and English writing and typing .
