Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Facilitating new comer joining formalities. Coordinate training and development programs and keeping training record.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Maintain and update personal files of employees.
  • Maintenance and keeping record of Leave and Attendance. Arranging payment of all kind of employee benefits. Arranging all kind of vendor payment.
  • Preparing report as assigned by the Management as and when necessary. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Issuance of purchase orders/Work Order for HR/Admin activities/events and co-ordinate with vendors in the billing process.
  • Co-operate in all administrative work of the office. Properly preserve all the necessary official documents.
  • Any others jobs assigned by Departmental Head and Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
