Job description: Job Context
After pass the provision period of 6 months satisfactorily company will deployed as a permanent category with all of benefits for an experience person with well – reputed, established company located in Mohakhali DOHS,
- Establish and Manage an efficient internal Cleaning Control System.
- Lead and Manage the overall temporary, permanent cleaner & Labor Function.
- Manage day to day operation of the overall Cleaning, Pest Control function.
- Ensure monthly operation reporting standards.
- Coordinate with honorable clients, vendors and related authorities.
- Sound knowledge about Cleaning Materials and Machineries use.
- Sharp about project plan, project cost, project operation, Cleaner / Labor Recruitment, Staff Control Knowledge about Cleaning Manpower providing tender, Budget, Cost Planning.
- Able to travel in Dhaka city or Out of Dhaka.
- Able to ride a Motorcycle with Valid Driving License.
- Relax for Taking under pressure.
- Perform another jobs as and when assigned by the management.
- Assign Guest Rooms and Common Areas to Housekeeping Staff.
- Create a schedule every day that shows who is assigned to clean which areas.
- It is updated throughout the day as check in and out.
- Inspect Rooms and Common Areas for Cleanliness.
- Make sure workplace 100% tidy, clean and organized.
- Hire, Train, and Discipline Staffs & employees.
- Having a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an obsession with cleanliness.
- Training new staff on the specific standards and policies. It also involves disciplining underperforming or insubordinate employees as per company policy.
- Order Cleaning Supplies.
- They also place orders for new cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, laundry machines, and carpet cleaners etc.
- Create Employee Schedules & Roster.
- Give Regular Reports to Management.
- Keep senior management in the loop on any major issues, such as room damages or extreme custodial situations.
- Any other task assign by management.
- Work at office
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Callcenter, caretaker, Communication skill, Computer Operating, Quality control, team work
- 15 to 18 year(s)
