data edge limited is one of the leading ICT System Integration company in Bangladesh providing ICT solutions to its wide customer base in Bangladesh and abroad. data edge limited is looking for a suitable technical help desk analyst to assist it`s smooth customer help desk operations.
- Analyze customer issues & assign resource to resolve the issues.
- Conduct meeting with different technical teams on regular basis, record the status of the works and taking necessary actions accordingly.
- Providing different tools, spare parts and other necessary equipment to the technical support teams.
- Manage inventory through software and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for the purpose of ensuring intimidate support to the external & internal customers.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- At most 1 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Expertise on MS Office (Specially word, excel & power point) is mandatory to apply for this position.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Mind set to work with a 24/7 technical team
- Very good communication skills (Both in English & Bengali), literacy & organizational skills.
