Vacancy for the Post: Executive – Customer Care
Job description: Job Responsibilities
- -Ensure all inbound and outbound communications (calls, email, sms) are maintained in QA (Quality Assurance) guidelines.
- All sort of customer complaint receive and support all kinds of products & service related problems / issues.
- Arrange site visit by the engineers / technical professionals and provide excellent customer service.
- Cross check service and conveyance related bills, and if any dues is found forward the bill properly to billing section.
- Respond / Feedback to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone.
- Initiate, process and follow up the sale.
- Responsible for after sales service call and ensure complaint feedback to customers.
- Report day to day activities to Customer Service Manager / Service In-charge.
- Any other job assigned by the company time to time.
- Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline from any recognized institution.
- At least 3 year(s)
- Age at most 35 years
- Minimum 3 (Three) years job experience in the field.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Front desk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Bengali and English.
- Customer Service Attitude and cares to serve.
- Experience in customer service is required.
- Able to Multi-Task.
- Can work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment / software programs. Email correspondence and Internet knowledge is compulsory.
