We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executive (Digital & CS). The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and generating leads through outgoing calls. Our Customer Support Executives are often the first point of contact for customers` product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
  • Managing queries on social media as and when required.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Communication skills, MS Office Applications, telesales

Experience Requirements

  • At most 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Call Center, Call Centre Supervision Management, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Financial Consultants, Advertising Ageny, Call Center, E-commerce * Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Tk. 12000 – 15000 (Monthly)
