BSC in Nursing Admission Circular 2018-19

After liberation it was renamed as the Bangladesh Nursing Council (BNC). In 1956 the College of Nursing was established in Karachi to offer Post-basic Diploma in Administration and Teaching. Few nurses were sent over there to have those programmes. Later on selected nurses were sent to have B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees.

Eligibility:

Students who passed HSC in 2015, 2016, 2017 with Biology can apply to sit for admission test. Applicants having less than GPA 2.5 in SSC and HSC cannot apply. Applicants must be unmarried. No student will be allowed to get married during course period.

BSMMU Admission VIVA Exam:
Students who will pass the admission test will face VIVA (20 marks). VIVA Exam will be conducted on 09 December, 2017. Applicants must carry original copy of certificates during VIVA.

Necessary instructions:

• Deposit Taka 1,000/- in any online branch of Pubali Bank Limited in favour of SB A/C No.: 0947102000858 “DEPARTMENT OF NURSING FUND” from 29 October to 29 November 2017. List of Pubali Bank online branches. There can not be more than one entry with the same Bank Scroll No. In that case, the application will be cancelled.
• After deposition of money, online application will be available from the next day till 30 November, 2017 (upto 11.50pm).
• Candidate must scan images of his/her passport size colour Photograph, Signature and Bank Receipt before filling the application.
• Candidate has to provide information in the following 3 steps: Step 1 : Sign up (Brief information). Step 2 : Personal information and uploading of scanned documents. Step 3 : Candidate has to fill up Academic information.
• After completion of entries, candidate can edit/modify by clicking “Modify Application Form” button, but once the “Final Submit” button is clicked, there will be no scope to edit/modify.
